• Communicating with you regarding bookings, cancellations, or promotions

3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
• The deposit will be applied as half-payment toward the total cost of your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of service.
• Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of booking for a refund, minus any PayPal transaction fees.
• If you cancel after 24 hours of booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If payment was made via PayPal, refunds will be processed minus any PayPal transaction fees.

4. Information Protection

We implement security measures to protect your personal and payment information. However, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to safeguard your data, no online transmission is 100% secure.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your details only in the following cases:
